Valuation Report Generator is a secure web-based valuation report generator developed specifically for property valuation industry in Malaysia. Our solution is designed to enhance the production of valuation report with the latest technology and new digital approach where it meets the standards of the industry while maintaining existing accepted work flows. Performance, security, volume, automation of business process, accurate management reporting and dashboards are among the critical aspects that we have taken into great consideration in providing an excellent solution to the industry.
User needs to focus on key-in data or information on required fields only without worrying on overall documents structure or grammar. Using agreed templates, VR-Gen generates the report adhering to the standard of the company and industry. If there is any error, it can be traced and corrected easily in the system.
Based on our observation, average time spent in preparing a standard valuation report is around 3-4 hours. With VR-Gen, user will be able to generate a report in less than 40 minutes!

At the present time, our system is able to provide user with three (3) valuation report templates. Upon full roll out, the system will have at least six (6) valuation report templates which covers all the standard property types in the industry.
Each user will have their own dashboard/page for them to manage and update their tasks easily.
The UI for 'Data Entry Flows' and 'Report Review' will be the same as client's Valuation Report template. Therefore, it will enable users to visualize and review the report while in the midst of preparing it. It will also provide users in the same experience as preparing it manually using word processor such as Microsoft Word, Open Office etc. but in much efficient and user-friendly manner.
The system is able to provide stakeholders with performance insights via various Management Analysis Reports such as Valuer Monthly Performance, Monthly Valuation Report Generation and Most Active Branches.
The system covers basic valuation report workflow process, from the creation of report until its approval for printing. It has four (4) levels: Admin, Valuer, Checker and Compiler; each will have its own task and level of approval in the system.
Eash case progress will be presented by colour code to shows its progress and current status. It sill be based on the given recommended time frame for each status. For example, if it is within 5 days in status 'Drafting' it will be marked as green and if it more than time frame allows it will be marked as red.
We will customize the Valuation Report to follow exactly as per client's format or template. 
The system will be continuously enhanced aesthetically and technically from time to time based on client's feedback and latest technology in the market. This is to ensure the solution will always meet our client's needs and expectation.
